Beaulieu sur Mer is a lovely beach cottage in the highly sought-after gated community of Venture III. Our community features a vast array of amenities, including our own beach access and a tunnel under A1A for an easy and safe walk to the beach. We have a large heated pool, marina, boat ramp, pickel ball and tennis courts, pool hall, wood shop, fishing area, and lots of community activities. The house has limited water views, and it's easy to walk to the marina to enjoy the sunset. Venture III is very bicycle and golf cart friendly so it's easy to get around and safe for kids to walk or ride their bikes to the pool or ocean.
The house has a great room, fully equiped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. You'll enjoy the modern appliances, attractive decor, and convenience to all that Hutchinson Island has to offer.
BRING YOUR BOAT! A 30-foot slip is only $89 per week! (please note you will need to find off-site parking for your trailer).
House Layout: The house is a split-level design. You'll enter onto the second level comprised of the kitchen, great room, 1 bedroom, bathroom, and laundry closet. A few steps down is the 1st floor bedroom and on-suite full bath and exterior doors. Ascending up from the main level is the 3rd floor bedroom with on-suite full bath and walk-in closet. Sleeping accommodations are as follows: 1st floor bedroom: 1 queen bed. 2nd floor bedroom: twin over full pyramid bed. 3rd floor bedroom: 1 queen bed.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- WINTER RESERVATIONS HAVE ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION FEES. SEND A MESSAGE BEFORE YOU BOOK FOR DETAILS.
- The lower level bedroom has low ceilings (6'3")
- Distance to the Beach is 875 yards. You can walk, bike, or drive your car to the private Venture III parking area at the beach. Our private Beach area has an outdoor shower.
- Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at the house. Additional cars, large pickups trucks, and large SUV's must be parked at the overflow lot next to the Venture III office. Cars may not protrude into the street after 7pm. No trailers may be parked at Venture III, so you'll need to make arrangements at a public storage lot.
Dogs are allowed at Jensen Beach Park, one mile south of Venture III. Dogs are allowed at Walton Rocks Beach, a few miles north of Venture III on A1A.
IMPORTANT: Venture III is a quiet community with strict rules on noise and rowdy activity. This is NOT an appropriate place for stag parties, bachelor/ette parties, or spring breakers. This house is best suited for couples and families. Singles groups must send an inquiry showing the composition of their group (including age of each member) prior to booking for approval.
